well if theres a chance of the wounded DT pouring more scorn on CFC then im sure they will go for it. its getting a bit obvious and tired now though don't you think? its become a vendetta. up to a couple of months ago the DT were labelled as a joke by many on here. Now they have run a few stories on the PPP etc they are everyone's best friend. I wonder if the "coaches" who resigned and set up their own coaching school post on here?? If anyone came onto this site for the first time it wouldn't be obvious that it is a CFC supporters forum. what a strange bunch of "supporters" you are!!

Yes a very strange bunch ...that strange that for the vast majority of our lives we have shoveled our hard earned over the cfc counter ,that strange that when the club was in its darkest hour we had dads and their sons putting pocket money into plastic collection buckets to save the club from extinction....what a strange bunch we are.

I think your looking at it from the wrong angle. You see, if the PPP was well run, and paid it's staff on time the coaches wouldn't have resigned and set up there own venture. If it was well run and refunded parents when promised to avoid legal proceedings the DT wouldn't have a story to run. If it didn't post half truths and downright lies about players like Onovwigun being a product of the PPP or one of its directors saying he's an ex premier league player when his first team appearances were all non league then there wouldn't be anything for the local paper to pour scorn onto would there, leaving only positive news stories to report. As it stands, we have a CEO who meets parents, fans and sponsors and doesn't tell the truth. I suspect that is perhaps a more accurate source of mistrust.
As supporters, we are a strange bunch. We chucked money into the club we couldn't really afford to save it from going out of business after a fraudster had almost killed it. Are you one of those fans who put money into the club/CFSS or put money into buckets or donated the 50/50 winnings back to the club?

Think you'll find its just their heads they put into buckets full of sand when faced with difficult questions. I apologise for being one of the 'strange bunch' of supporters too who gave money to save the club. Short memories eh.

Just out of interest, has the winner of the tour match tickets 'gone public' yet?

Wasn't his name Higgins or summat?

Y'see any mention of the raffle seems to've been deleted from the CFC Home Page whilst friends who do social media tell me the same's happened on there.

Strange, really, as you'd normally expect to see a picture of the lucky individual adorned in a Town scarf and brandishing his tickets alongside quotes stating how excited he is about the trip.

But instead of any positive publicity nothing...infact less than nothing.

Hmmm...
Never underestimate the stupidity of people

A member of the media team is going this time, so we may get photos of the individual and his guest
