"Due to the services rendered to Chesterfield FC, no rent was paid for the use of the Premises."

Has the idea that the club paid rent on the village ever been refuted by a club official at an AGM?

I wonder if Chris actually realised at the time what a can of worms he was opening when he started this thread!

At 10:30 yesterday, there was a creditors' meeting at the offices of Booth & Co in Ossett concerning CFC Football Development School Ltd. Acting as proxies for creditors, some members of this messageboard attended the meeting with an insolvency practitioner which 60s / 70s Spireite kindly organised.

Ironically, the meeting itself was in severe doubt on late Tuesday afternoon as the liquidator's fees had not been guaranteed!

The pages below are the key parts of the director's reports which creditors received yesterday. If anyone has any questions, we will do our best to answer them.

It seems like the trading report is the work of a genuius "problems were encountered in collecting money from academy parents over £100,000 was written off" so instead of trying to rectify the problem let's stop trading and set up a new company!

It was pointed out that the majority of the parents were on direct debit / standing orders.

We asked him which group of customers were causing him problems, the £400 pcm ones or those paying £35 pcm, he was unable to answer.

The liquidator asked him to confirm over what period he wrote off the £100K, it was over 2 years. He was writing off the best part of £1K a week in unpaid fees. That is quite something, in fact it's spectacular!

It was refuted by Ashley Carson in a document provided to Bob's Board members prior to the fans' forum on 9th Nov.

How the hell did anyone allow this to run to the extent that the total owed exceeds quarter of a million ?

What happened to the £54k Turner and Carson lent to Sutcliffe ?

The liquidator's are certainly going to have to earn their corn sorting this one !

To put the absolute top hat on it I'm now hearing that the powers that be at CFC were warned as early as 2013 that there were severe problems with how the Development School was being run.

What remains amazing after all this is the fact FBT especially as they are a creditor are still employing the lying, conniving fraudster Liam Sutcliffe !

I'd just like to let Bob's Boarders know that Freelander and 60s 70s Spireite went above and beyond to get 4 of us into the meeting and to make sure we were represented by an expert. They, along with moondog who went to Budapest on our behalf, deserve medals.

Any road up. 3 simple things I noted from the questioning of Sutcliffe, to get us started.....

1. No Board meetings held between CT/LS(so no minutes).
2. The fate of the accounting computers is unknown.
3. No records of cash taken from parents.
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

Not sure why FBT is claiming money when (as far as anyone knows) all their dealings were with the CFC International Development School, rather than the CFC football development school limited? A fan of coincidences might smile upon seeing that the FBT "debt" is similar to the amount said to have been loaned to Sutcliffe by certain individuals at CFC.

Thousands of pounds unaccountable for then.

Oh for access to bank accounts in the Cayman Islands.

It's also a load of rubbish. If no scholars had paid rent at all for a whole year from 2014-2015 it would still only come to £60k or less.
Plus they'd paid £1k deposit up front to attend that year, some of which is still owed might I add.
The liquidators will find all this out as they go through the accounts.
Some scholars were given free digs. You can't write off debt that was never owed in the first place.
And the rest paid 2015-2016 just fine and I KNOW that. hence why they're chasing January rent back still.
He forgets the meeting he had saying he wanted the scholars out in December, then changed it to January so they'd paid rent before he kicked them out. Shameless man.
And regarding cfcfds players money it was chased and repaid. I know that too.

Well spotted.

The company supposedly ceased trading in January 2016. FBT appeared on the scene Sept 2016!

He was also asked to confirm when the CFC reps introduced their funding, he was unable to answer!

As both Turner and Carson allegedly loaned Sutcliffe the money with cheques surely that question could be answered easily ?

Oh dear. More fibs. Surely not cuddly old Ashley 'friend of the fans' Carson?

Today's revelations may just fast forward the end date.

The trading report implies it was 2013 as the report reads as through it follows a chronological order

The real stars are the ex employees, sponsors and scholars/parents who have spoken out & had to put up with this tripe for far too long.

If the company owes Sutcliffe 49k in wages, what has he been living on?

Reading all this makes me cringe, the lies and deceit keep flowing. How many times did AC say this is nothing to do with CFC but how many links are in the report.
Would be interesting if a significant number of parents could confirm what cash they paid and for LS to be asked by liquidators to confirm where and how this was shown in the accounts.
Be interesting to see if all bank accounts used have been declared
Have passport will travel

I know it is, did this report come as part of a signed statement of truth ?
