For the record, and 'bumping' this thread, there're more suggestions some parents are still to receive money owed.

Remembering that Sutcliffe, who's still involved at an enterprise which uses the CFC brand and badge regardless of any takeover, clearly stated everyone had been paid on Biggs' chatty thing.

If the parents that I know of were on this board, they would indeed confirm that they are still owed money.
But that is entirely up to them. Altho strictly speaking even when they have come forward, the people or person responsible for not paying them, has accused them of trouble making and/or lying.

As far as Alan Biggs is concerned I've no idea what he'd make of it. Maybe he would try and find out who it is to clarify and confirm it?

I doubt Biggs would do that if he knew about it, my guess is that he'll completely ignore it because that would suit him best. A proper sports reporter would look into it ASAP, particularly if the possible false hood was made during an interview he conducted.

AC has admitted that Sutcliffe should have submitted invoices to CFC for services rendered, but didn't. CT and AC presumably asked him not to, instead agreeing to provide the DC with unquantifiable benefits in kind. This is the chain of events which may have contributed to Sutcliffe having cash flow problems and being unable to repay debts. The CFC books should say that Sutcliffe is a sundry creditor, invoices in the post.

The allegation is that Sutcliffe's customers (CFC supporters and their boys) are deprived, and CFC money which he has earned stays put.
