The bad feelings that the fans have has been going on for years, it's not been 2 weeks since AC agreed to hold a meeting with the fans. I have proposed 5 days now in September and all have been turned down. I know AC is stalling the meeting because of something that is happening behind the scene, if that doesn't come to fruition, there is only 2 people with egg on their faces and I'm not 1 of them.

There are a lot of questions that the fans want to ask and get answers for, but I can bet anything you want that there will be additional questions come to the front before the meeting takes place.

I can't understand the rush tbh, fans are choosing to take their own course of action regarding boycotting this and that so it is only the club that is losing out by delaying the meeting.

Regarding your comment re the pie and peas, let's not bother with it, let's not bother with a free pint but keep the £10 fee which will be donated to charity, this way the club will lose less by not providing. I would prefer a civil meeting with order being maintained, it appears to me that people already know the answers to their questions and are only going to the meeting with the intention of crucifying certain people.

My biggest issue at this moment is the role KF had and the damage HE has done to the club which is now taking its toll. My main issue is outside of the PPP. Rafflegate is a minor issue in my eyes to what I know.

As soon as I hear something, I will post it on here.

Personally I thank you for your efforts.

But I don't believe for one minute that Kevin Fitzgerald was wholly culpable for 'Rafflegate' and feel totally convinced he was just made 'the sacrificial lamb'.

The club need to hold this meeting and do it promptly and man up and hold their hands up and finally admit what we all already know !

They've totally mucked up !

1 being a gnat trump that won't matter, or 10, a major figure, let's say a CEO, would be sacked or have to resign, what number might it be?

So, in summary, the meeting that had been pledged now looks to have been shelved. There appears to be another gaffe around the corner, although only a select few know what it is. The article in the mainstream press clearly was, as many on here stated at the time, a PR stunt which the journalist at the time bought into by not questioning further.

The club continues to be heavily in debt. Key players are continually sold.

Performances on the pitch have been poor again.

Communication from the club is either non existant, or not worth the metaphorical paper is is written on.

Supporters, for the first time in my 25 years of watching town, are turning their backs on attending and boycotting season tickets.

The sad thing is, we appear to be stuck with this. Unless something major, and I mean major, happens the CEO appears to be untouchable. Gates down on previous years? Doesn't seem to be a huge issue for the owner. We on the board, and I tip my hat to those who constantly are holding the club to account, appear to be no more than an annoyance to those in charge as opposed to a genuine threat.

All in all very sorry times.

Zorro seems to me to be implying that some sort of internal reorg is being masterminded by 2 of the main geniuses. Who the 2 might be from the long list of geniuses is anybody's guess.

Thanks for your efforts and no criticism of your good self was implied in my earlier post.

As it stands, though, the proposed meeting looks like just another example of what's said and done by certain individuals being two different things.

I'll apologise to those individuals in person should that turn out not to be the case.

So with no time frame set as to when the meeting should take place it will probably happen the week after our promotion to the championship lol
