I seem to recall 4,400, being a figure quoted

Is that what he said? More than I would have expected by several hundred. How many over 80s freebies?

Not sure what it signifies but the PPP website has been taken down, "back online soon!" no mention as to why on PPP twitter feed, odd timing at the start of the new season

They're probably putting on several pages of nonsensical quotes like they have on Twitter.
Seriously go and read them and grab a bucket.

10% drop then. Not the third that those who revel in such things claimed. Hopefully some will be paying at the gate. Shame the club has a dysfunction at the top and, as a result, shows no ambition.

Well here's a question: does anyone employed by CFC also own, either partly or wholly, a guesthouse on Saltergate?

I counted them at the start of June and the figure was 3981, so not surprised by the figure given as I discounted some blocks that looked like they had been reserved for otehr reasons.

In my defence I was laid up on the sofa with a raging cold

I can't see the over 80's having a significant impact

Exactly and I'd bet they're included in there.
God I hate this league.

On my usual early morning walk around Hardwick yesterday, I was thinking about Sutcliffe and the fact that neither him nor his businesses (CFC Football Development Schools & CFC International Academy) can afford any more bad publicity and how I would proceed given his position.

Now seeing as Moondog’s raised the subject of Sutcliffe’s defence, I would suggest, given his position, that the way forward is a private group meeting to include, but not be limited to the following attendees:

- The CEO & the FD at Rotherham United
- The MD of Elite Development Centre
- Parents & children who attended Rotherham's DC (one of them posts on here)
- Ex Co Director of CFC Football Development School
- Ex Coaching staff employed by the DC
- Ex Admin staff employed by the DC
- Parents & children who attend / attended CFC's DC
- Current / former sponsors of the DC
- Current / former suppliers to the DC, including the tour operator of the PSG trip
- Journalists and the Head of Content at the DT
- Members of Bob's Board

I would also recommend the meeting is chaired by Judge Spireite.

If it takes all day and all night, so be it.

Yes, repeat the question on the how can they win over the fans thread and it'll remind me to ask about the over 80's

I hope all these over 80's have been given seats low down, near to pitch level, otherwise it'll be carnage when the final whistle goes.

He wouldn't have the guts to show up to half of those and that's a fact.
Don't forget ex scholars and their parents, and ex female members of staff that have allegedly had serious allegations made against them since leaving too.

How about at the legends lounge?

That would be a neutral venue...and separate legal entity, so there would be no conflict of interest ;)
