Seems to be selling stuff for a lot of clubs and has these for us :-

http://www.ebay.co.u...rfield&_sacat=0

How much in comparison do Chris Turner and Liam Sutcliffe charge for the same stuff?

It'll just be standard sample items left over.

Or perhaps dishonoured contract supplies

To buy the t-shirts online even for staff they were about £21.99

Not to mention the staff were told they'd have to pay extra for the staff uniform out of wages this year

I've reported the eBay sales to the club, who have acted quickly by immediately speaking to Sondico.

They are going to change the name to Chesterfield Development School Kit and remove Chesterfield FC.

They had stock left over after the contract was terminated.

A colleague, who is involved with the junior blues has said that their sondico kits, logo'd with the Junior Blues badges etc are a fraction of the price of the same stuff with the CFC badges on. Maybe the club charge a fee for every CFC badge that's used?

They log in to an online portal, and place their orders directly (he's not sure if its a sondico website or an agents) but he has just said the last batch of managers kits had to be sent back as they'd spelt Chesterfield wrong!!

Did they say who's terminated the agreement?

I'd expect and hope they charge a fee, it's the badge that gives the product the value

Here is the Chesterfield price list for the 'compulsory' kits from the new manufacturer, for new members when joining the PPP:

remember, this is after parents were 'cajoled' in to buying compulsory Sondico kits last summer, that 'would last at least 2 years' as part of the 5 year agreement signed with Sondico.

I know a local parent, who has now had to buy the new compulsory kit bundle, despite buying the compulsory Sondico one earlier THIS YEAR otherwise her son's place on the scheme 'would be at risk'.

This taken from the PPP website goes some way to explaining the need for the kit bundles, as well as detailing other information for parents of students on the 9-16 age range:

http://cfcfds.co.uk/...venues/9-16s-2/

Interestingly, parents have until the 5th of every month to make the monthly payment, otherwise their child gets excluded for training until all monies owed are paid........

Q1. Why should I buy a training kit?

A1. This is a compulsory part of the programme and is part of the schools professional identity, a little like a school uniform. We would like the players registered to the programme to take a pride in their appearance, have an understanding that they are part of a professional club and what is associated with being part of a professional club and representing that club and its badge.

I thought the PPP was a seperate entity and not part of the club?

You've only got to browse the site and you can understand why parents would think otherwise.

Its littered with images of the ground, the first team, match shots, the manager etc

All reproduced under approval from the image owners, I'm sure.

A TM01 form has been filed at Companies House today, showing that Chris Turner has resigned from CFC Football Development School Ltd on 26/05/16.

Given the delay in filing, I suspect they've backdated it....

I would imagine that now means questions at the AGM regarding Turner and the DC will be batted away with the ..it's nothing to do with me anymore line.

I'm told Chris Turner has resigned from the CFC Development School (PPP, legally separate from the club). Papers filed today #Spireites
