Hi Chris & Dave, there is a lot going on at the moment behind the scenes and I won't mention it in here at the moment.

Writing in here with questions and statements impair judgement as it can be construed as a witch hunt.

Dave guessing someone's defence is not the way forward, only facts can result in action.

Chris, you are a very articulate man and your use of the English language outweighs by learnings and sometimes people are worried about posting answers or articles because words are analysed.

I love send the word 'outcome', should I have used 'end result'?

I think the dialogue in here has been done to death, it's time to move on and let's find the answers.

I don't actually know who reads this board and I would be a foolish man to report on what I have already learnt.

I know feathers have been rustled and it's going to get very hot soon (and I'm not talking about the weather)

Tbh posting that you have had discussions and meetings etc is ok but it's pointless posting about them on here if you aren't going to divulge anything. It adds nothing to the debate and doesn't alley any fears people have about the financial well being of the club.

To be fair Ernie, I don't think the debate should continue on here.

No matter which business is of concern, be it CFC or the PPP, there has been enough questions asked previously prior to my involvement by others.

Each business has directors and for the life of me I can't understand why these allegations hadn't been investigated before by the directors of CFC

Would I want to be a director of CFC at this moment, not on your nelly!!!

Directors have responsibilities within a business, there is no defence for not knowing or ignorance.

Thanks for all your efforts Z. Hopefully we will start to see some positive moves from the Chairman, Directors and the CEO very soon. I might just start looking forward to the season but actions speak louder than words. For me there is only one announcement that would kick start my faith in those running the club. We need a new CEO who isn't naive to the point of incompetence and has a proven background of running a multi million pound business. Z do you think the CEO should and can survive much longer???

As usual Z, I value your judgement.

My approach would be to find out how to get an item on to the AGM agenda, which is surely the right of every shareholder. However, that's months away so your plan is better.

well, the article reads like he's signed for the football club and he's pictured in the football club reception.

Is that two in the last week (at £20k a pop?)

Presumably, his parents will have funded (indirectly) the repayment of the disgruntled parents of the Paris trip?

I see Andy Morris (Bruno) is now working for Derby County, locally.

(sorry if this has already been mentioned and I missed it).

It was a while ago and easily missed but i mentioned this somewhere. Was walking the dog near Brookfield School and saw him unloading a van plastered in DCFC badges to run something on the 3G pitch up there. Think it was probably back in March time or even earlier.

Derby County launched their "Own The Region" project in January, and the van I saw him driving today by The Proact had that livery on it.

Ah that's a bit naughty, that's the community side and not really on poaching in other areas. Alfreton I could understand as it's on the cusp, but operating in Chesterfield is pushing it imo

I don't think CFC are in a position to criticise anyone over their morals...

It can impact on the premier league funding for the community trust, being a Championship club, Derby already get a lot more funding than we do.

I think the club prefers incoming foreign scholars to kids of any age on their own doorstep. I doubt they'll mind too much about this.

Sorry, I meant the legally separate entity to the club. Mea culpa.
