On the basis that a few short weeks ago this board was awash with desperate pleas to send back Novak and dispense with the rapidly deteriorating Aryibi, I think it must be worth a try. Danny's arrival has coincided with a marked upturn in the output of several misfiring players, so maybe he can work his magic on our enigmatic Ivorian....

No way, he's had enough opportunities, Danny ain't an idiot and he'll have him shipped out by the end of the month if there's any interest.

The short-term deals involving Armand Gnanduillet (Chesterfield), Lee Cox (Plymouth Argyle), Connor Ogilvie (Spurs), Michael Crowe (Ipswich Town), Callum McFadzean (Sheffield United), Jesse Joronen (Fulham) and Jamille Matt (Fleetwood) have all finished.
It is thought that Boro are interested in extending one or two of those deals, though there has been no news on whether anything has been agreed, while Grimsby Town have been linked with a move for striker Gnanduillet
Blimey, if they were all our loan players, what are the odds we would name more than five on the team sheet?

Wow, that's a ridiculous amount, you can only name five in a match day squad anyway. Poor management.
