Hope we can tie Novak down full time in the summer isn't he out of contract?

He is, but we won't afford him.

My concern is that Birmingham call him back to sell him in this window.

Club would have to be desperate to make a worthwhile bid for him with him out of contract. It would also need to be agreed in the loan agreement that they can recall him to do it.

is it any more desperate that someone paying money for Morsy? Perhaps someone could get him for next to nowt if they are prepared to take over his contract or maybe on loan (if allowed) if someone is prepared to pay a higher percentage of his wages

Birmingham said they do have a recall but whatever, it is interesting that some are worried that he can be recalled when a few weeks ago more were worried he couldn't send him back

Yes agree with all that, including the the last sentence. We always knew he was a player from his Huddersield days, but I was beginning to wonder if those days were gone. Now, with some support up front, he is showing us what he can do. A sublime touch in front of goal, can carry the ball and score and cross, and a decent header of the ball.

What a difference a manager can make.

If it's true that he's on 10k a week and were only paying 50% if they know they can offload for a fee or even a free transfer there going to recall him to get him off their books presuming they do want rid of him

They did say on MOTD last night that Mends Lang had now gone to Leicester so that dispels a few posts that there would be no need for Novak to return to his parent club.

His form has certainly led to some chatter on their fans site, about whether he should be called back.

Armand is out of contract at the end of the season yet aren't we supposed to have had offers for him already?

If a club thinks a player can help their promotion drive or relegation battle and they can afford the asking price they are not going to wait until the end of the season as it could be too late then.

He did. He didn't know his name though, he was just the 'big French lad'.

Following the theme of the thread, I've heard we've apparently made a bid for Macc Striker Kristian Dennis.
