All I am saying is it would mean sitting apart in different areas of the stand and really defeats the appeal of sitting with someone you brought to the game.Simple point really but not to some.

There is some logic to what you are saying, however.

My feeling is the attendance won't be swelled that much by the offer, most people that would have gone will be going anyway, but will save a few quid.

for what its worth, I'm going on Saturday for a tenner, but wouldn't have paid £26 as I think its too expensive

Be better if it was £10 for all - most ST's won't be able to get a ticket for their mate that is next to them anyway so not even that appealing. Assume it might add 3/400 onto the gate max.

probably better if £10 offer was more general could make some think why pay full price when some pay half that especially if they are undecided about going.
