Wood dropped, good decision.

Time for Raglan, Simons,Ariyibi , banks and o'neil all to take their chance.

why not, when you've lost 3 in a row you have to shake it up a bit, give others a go.

Yep.

Dropped Wood (agree), Hird (agreed from that position), Herd (can't argue really), SEB (don't agree) and Gardner (fair enough).

The replacements in the positions they are are questionable though - O'Neil & Banks in particular.

Signs of a manager under pressure and dropping players who are not performing to the level expected. Hopefully this is a wake up call to each and every member of the squad.

I want to see 110% effort today at the very least form every player.

'Banks' and 'energy' don't go together for me. Herd has energy but it's generally him hurtling after his own first touch.

Too many changes at once maybe, especially as he's claiming we aren't playing badly

Changing half the side shows he doesn't believe his own rubbish. Why he expects us to is a mystery unlikely to be solved.

It does not matter what he does our very best eleven is still not good enough..look at our flanks..oneil and oshea..gboly and jones....defensively poor..central midfield
morsy and banks who is not good enough and then a weak untried forward line.
ITS NOT THE WINNING,ITS THE TAKING APART

That's where I'm at. It all looks very lightweight. Agree with dropping Woods though.

Probably that, yes. Don't think the lone role suits Novak but I guess he can swap with Simons who's even less suited to it if it doesn't work.
