[Spire-Heights]

Following a really good result last night in the FA Cup at FC United of Manchester, we now move our attention to the league were we welcome David Dunn and Oldham to the Proact this Saturday.

We are desperately in need of a win at the Proact, considering our away results are better (15 points away, against 8 points at home), and I am sure our opponents give us the perfect opportunity to achieve this. Oldham are currently positioned in 19th place, on 16 points and are the draw specialists, with a staggering 10 draws, which is more than any other team from the 92. Oldham have also failed to win yet on a Saturday, on their travels this season.

I am very confident we can build on the last two back to back wins, and take the confidence we now have forward to achieve full 3 points on Saturday, with hopefully a good performance. Therefore, I am going for a 3-1 Chesterfield win with SEB getting on the score sheet.

CFC currentlly in 11th place, 4 points of the playoffs and into the FA Cup 2nd round, it's not all doom and gloom is it. If we can keep the players we've got until the end of the season, and keep them fit, this season could turn out better than anyone could have imagined. A couple of fresh faces could make it even more interesting too.
