That on one of the help desks?

Yeah, AON GSD Jon.

Moving over to DWP when that goes live on 15th Dec. All new systems and apps though so expecting plenty of teething problems with the software.

Quite a drop in salary from what I was earning scaffolding but happy to not be constantly doing my back and shoulder in!!

Suspected that desk by the shifts. Not an account I've dealt with and I tend to deal with the desk guys based in block f on the commercial desk. Desk work is a good foot in the door especially if you're first on a new account and get to know it.

Yeah, the opportunities there are definitely what swung it for me to apply. The only job I applied for and went through interview, through security and to start in little over a week so everything moved pretty fast. It's a cushy little job tbf, as long as you're fairly IT savvy, although the Knowledge tool always comes in handy.

What do you do there?? Internal support? Account manager?

I do second line/remote resolution or whatever we're called this week. Been there a number of years now and did do some first line myself initially although that's before it was csc and was still a Royal Mail place.

They sell some good stuff there too. If its same as their Friday happy hour rates it will be a bargain.
