I hope DS takes the FA Cup seriously and doesnt play squad players.
That said if he takes it seriously we win 4-1, if he doesnt then a draw at best 1-1

Boy looking at our squad players in the reserves today, Manni apart, we would have major problems.

I'm in a good mood as there has just been a massive aurora light show above Reykjavik so I'll go 3-0 Town.

They've lost their last 6 league games, are well down the table a few tiers below us. As it seems we are great at helping teams end bad runs recently, I'm not optimistic. That said I think we will scrape a 1-0 win.

I suppose it's quite an interesting debate to consider their standard in general compared to that of our reserves. Nine times out of 10, the team I saw yesterday, with Michael O in, would beat them.

Having said that, I'd play our full team in defence and midfield, but Manni and Gboly in attack.
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

I think we should all be thankful that you aren't our manager. With us just beginning to show signs of becoming a coherent team with fully fit players, what we need now is a lengthy spell with a settled team which hopefully, at last, will get the chance to build some cohesion and consistency. DS has been hampered by late recruitment, injuries, players lacking fitness, suspensions etc. virtually since the start of the season. The last thing he needs to do now is to start messing about and juggling with the team now that he has almost a full squad at his disposal. Doing that would be totally unnecessary as we have a relatively long gap between matches, and fiddling about with inexperienced youngsters would be a recipe for providing the cup upset the media would love to see. My hope is that DS will resist any such daft ideas, put out his strongest team with players in their best positions, and achieve a convincing result and a positive performance that can then be carried into our league form with a good home win v Oldham.

You could also say that we shouldn't risk injuries to certain players for a game that our squad players should very easily be able to win for the same reasons you have mentioned.

Ridiculous attitude IMO; players can pick up an injury at any time, even in training, as shown by Angel. DS has hardly had a chance to play his best players in their best positions, so this is an ideal opportunity to do that. By all means stick some of the youngsters on for the last 20 minutes if we're winning comfortably, but let's get the job done first before we start chopping and changing.

Its just infatuation.

I'm frustrated that he's not on the bench, not in the reserves, not gone out on loan, and not mentioned on the injury list.

Someone asked Mani at Fleetwood as he was warming up where Michael O was and the answer was injured.

How highly do you rate the lad, is he developing and improving? Seems odd that after the Burnley friendly he hasn't featured especially as early on we were weak in CM
A new hope.

It's difficult to say as he is not featuring. Previously, I thought he was strolling it at CH for the reserves with the odd mistake. So, lots of potential, strength, pace, but occasionally making unforced errors. He needs to be out on loan at a good club.

Much less likely to get injured if they aren't playing though haha!

If Morsy gets injured on Monday but we win the game, was it worth it?
