Just read daily mail report that FCUM fans are planning on boycotting first half to protest at the game been moved to Monday so the plan is to pay not go in miss first half . Would love to know how this will effect BT ??? Someone call Mensa doh!!!

They're a tad hypocritical, 2 rounds ago v Buxton they had to move the game to a Sunday because one of the caveats of having the ground is that they can't play at home when City are at home, nowt was said. What would happen if City had to rearrange a game due to TV when FCUM had a scheduled home game?
Derbyshire is Derbyshire
Yorkshire is Yorkshire

Never the twain shall meet.

Good point, bur actually City weren't at home, it was a Rugby world cup game at the Etihad, (televised live)

Not sold out yet?

No they have not. still on sale online, and to think of all the concern about us not having enough tickets

Perhaps this illustrates the effect TV coverage has on football at every level

Perhaps FCUM have a point after all

Might be worth calling them they may have a few left. If you do go migh be worth bringing a beer crate to stand on. As its not terraced behind the goal

The thing is that watching town live on telly still has real novelty value. Still surprised we didnt shift 500 tix on day one.

I'm not sure what 'clampits' or 'yonner' means.

The clampits were a sort of inbred hill billy family from a TV comedy many moons ago.

I'm too young.

Having Googled 'Yonner' it seems to be some sort of Manchester insult directed at people from Oldham and places like it.
