2-2's at Blundell Park in the FA Cup in both 1972 and 1997/8
The greatest miscarriage of justice since my case against the producers of the Never Ending Story

Of those I think I was at Stalybridge (3-0 win, yes, it kicked off afterwards).
Enfield beat us at home once.
My first away match was the dire 0-0 at Macclesfield, cup first round, them a good Conference side. Replay was a cracker but we lost it on pens.

BASINGSTOKE AT HOME - LOST DIDN'T WE.
God I hate this league.

64/65 posh lost 3-0

Derck Dougan scored in that match after Ralph Hunt had been killed coming back in the car accident after watching them in the previous round

Scunthorpe away 1976 Old Show Ground my first ever away FA cup tie, fantastic following from town, won 2-1, whenever I meet up with my former schoolmate who emigrated to Australia two years later we go on about it, we went via East Midlands buses

The man for this thread is clarevoyant he's not missed a town FA cup tie since 1968 if I remember correctly.

Close, 4th Jan '69 Portsmouth away (chickenpox). In the 46 years it only totals 104 games. This next game may prove one of the more difficult!

The low number of games is a shocking statistic when you consider it includes replays.

Hope you get a ticket can't have a record like that broken and you trying to claim having seen another Derbyshire team in the FA cup at the same ground earlier in the same season that it goes on

It sure does, deserves some recognition from the club I reckon, especially when the missed game knocked a few more years off the record

Here's a bad omen, when we lost to Macclesfield I saw them play at Hucknall in a prelim round

Just been bored enough to work them out, missed Blyth 77, Macclesfield 92, Southend replay 01, Tranmere 03, Braintree 14, FCUM 15, all away, last home one missed 1972

Anyone remember beating Doncaster 1-0 in second round 1974 with a last minute goal to earn a third round tie at Sunderland.

Remember the Portsmouth game. Town fans were moved to enclosure after coin throwing at the Portsmouth mascot led to a home fans pitch invasion. Ernie "scored" a goal ruled offside. I think I went with you Warfy!
Blackpool game included Jimmy Armfield at the back.
Stoke game had Gordon Banks I think and Terry Conroy showed us how to play football.
Blyth Spartans had us cowering under pub seats as bricks came through the window. Alan Shoulder made a name for himself that season and signed for Newcastle.
Is my memory playing tricks or is all that really true?

My first away cup tie was 80-81 at Peterborough. Alan Crawford put us one up, Robbie Cooke equalised... and Posh upset the apple cart by winning the replay at Saltergate.

Anyone mentioned the 3-3 draw at Notts County, 3-0 down with about 15 mins remaining! But typically lost the replay 1-0.
Also a great 0-0 draw away at Bolton at the start of Paul Harts reign, again losing the replay in a cracker!

Yes I think the replay was a 4-3 defeat
