Gboly should've been brought on earlier, we looked far more threatening when he came on. maybe DS doesn't want to make people too aware of his potential before the window closes.

Last week a Blades fan said he was pleased Gboly didnt start the game This week a Dale fan said the same I thik your theory could be right

Keith Hill came across very poorly in his interviews yesterday. No class and very poor judgment. He obviously gives his interviews for an audience of people who haven't witnessed what he's discussing. The Dr Goebbels of League One

And yet if he was our boss you'd be saying the exact opposite even if most town fans were calling him no doubt ;)

IMO Gboly should start every game, I wish DS would explain why he doesn't start.

He doesn't have to.

Gboly started against Carlisle and was generally poor, he hasn't started since

Doesn't really need much explanation for me.

I'd start him but it isn't a clear cut decision.

I'd agree with that. It's easier for him to make an impact from the bench with his pace as others are tiring.
Also his final ball doesn't seem to be the best, though then again that could be said about all of our attacking players atm.

We've had the better of his teams of late......probably a justifiable rant because his team had the chances to win the game.....but so did we. His comment that Sam doesn't have the pace to play higher is his opinion. He had probably the best player on the day on the pitch in Donal McDermott who was a pain in the backside all game and is probably more peed off that they didn't pinch all the points. Would have been interesting to see what he would have said if we had managed to take the points with those chances at towards the end.

He went to Huddersfield before Bournemouth but the lad has had major drink problems I believe.

I saw him playing for Ramsbottom United in tier 7 last season.
These go to eleven.

Bournemouth released him witha year still to run on his deal (presumably witha decent pay off) and he went back to play in Ireland where he won the league with Dundalk. I spoke to Steve Fletcher about him outside Wembley (JPT Final -first one) And he said he needed an arm round him and keeping on the straight n narrow. I believe he was done for drink driving amongst other things.

Looks like he joined Ramsbottom earlier this year on a short term deal.

And why not? His achievements at Rochdale are remarkable. Football is a results business not a personality contest.

If he was our manager you would be defending him to the hilt and saying comment like this from opposition fans showed they were bitter etc.
A new hope.
