Yes agree I'd like Villa to go down, maybe even Everton to join them but like you say the bottom three are going to struggle!

Why the anti villa feeling? I would like burnley to stop up for dychey but no real desire for villa, or Everton for that matter, to go down.
In fact there is only really Liverpool that I would absolutely love to see relegated, sadly I don't think I will get to see that.

Still seems a bit harsh to want them relegated just because they haven't been!

when was the last time we had 3 players out on loan at League clubs?. This is currently the best indicator of our progress under PC.

Tbh mate it won't really make a massive amount of difference to me but I sort of want those clubs that see themselves as "premiership stalwarts" to flounder to see the other side of the coin.

I dug through the data for the initial question I will let someone else do this. But I suspect if you include playoffs then there will be a few times as every year two teams in each division play each other twice at each ground so only needs 1 cup draw as well.

So you don't think that a majority of clubs fans of the Premiership stalwarts, villa everton etc think their club have a divine right to trough at the top table and would consider themselves too good to be amongst the FL riff raff?

I would have thought the vast majority of both those sides will think "Jeez we COULD actually get relegated Like we have seen other established teams do "
Villa fans have become accustomed with dross with McLeish . O'Neill and Lambert , and like Hull , Stoke , WHU , Swansea ALL SEE " STAYING UP " AS SUCCESS
... Everton fans don't all think Martinez is the new Pep Guardiola that his mate Dave Whelan thought he was
Believe it or not there are some supporters of Premier Clubs that are VERY realistic and not like your Chelsea, Spurs , Arsenal fans who to be fair are the kind of supporters you are alluding to ...imho ]
As such I think majority is wrong

Majority is probably too stong a word, but I think for every fair minded realistic fan of the Premiership clubs, I think there wouldn't be too many behind in those thinking that now they'd made the promised land it was their rite for ever and a day.
