Read it again, my take is that there is a 'special train' for up to 700, departing Derby at 17:48 back to town after the game, along with the other normal services.

"Other normal return services are also available to the Chesterfield supporters after the match, and include services at: 17:25, 17:44, 18:05 and 18:25"
