Yes I think it was rumoured he had left the club pre season and then turned up and played in the friendly at Staveley

I personally couldn't care less, he was ok as a squad player nothing more, seems to me if a contract was offered Boco has either been given poor advice or thinks he is better than he actually is. Last Tuesday night against Scunny I lost count how many times he lost the ball, after signing for Plymouth last season then Cooky giving him another chance, plus an alleged contract offer good riddance.
However saying all that, if he was on none contract terms on a pay as you play basis was he ever actually our player ?

Sounds like he's 100k+ down after being rejected permission to build those flats in Plymouth and so has had to get a second job to make ends meet, because we just can't pay him what he wants. Now he's off for one last big paycheck before his career ends so he can recoup some money.

....and his Business Partner would have a vested interest in Boco winning a contract in order to guarantee a regular income stream to pay bills and ongoing costs. Hence the pressure via this medium.
