My how the mighty have fallen and still think there famous.

No thanks it doesn't bother me what other fans think as we know at this stage of the season it's not us looking over our shoulder at the trap door

Most of their fans on the radio reckoned they were unlucky what with hitting the post, Steven Presley was amazingly honest that it was no pen. I think a draw was a fair result. We had one chance in first half and 3 in the second needed a little more really

Oooops

What an absolute joke of a referee. He can only award a penalty if he is sure, firstly, that there was a foul and, second, that the offence took place inside the area. The referee was well-positioned. He blew immediately for a penalty. The linesman stood his ground, a fact emphasised by vehement Spireite protests. Reluctantly, he agrees to consult and then awards a Coventry free kick no less than one metre outside the penalty area. The big question is how an infringement that appeared to just one person in the Stadium to be within the penalty area could then have taken place more than a metre outside it. He should have gone to Specsavers. What's more, he should have stayed there!

The pitch markings were dreadful with little difference between the egg chasing ones and the ones in play

Agreed. I can only assume he thought the rugby line was the penalty box
