Sheffield people in the main think, talk like they should deserve better, that they should be playing there trade in a higher League, why? because in days gone by Wednesday were a bit massive and United have flirted with the top league.
They see clubs such as ourselves as also rans, never going to make it, utterly pointless and show us little respect and regard.
Chesterfield! yeah bless em they get a couple of thousand at home there insignificant to a mighty team like the blades.
Well to all those United fans and people of Sheffield I would like to say this.
Firstly 'our town' is one I am extremely proud off. The people in the main are warm and decent and our club has a proud tradition with a long history.
We stick with our club through thick and thin, when you choose Chesterfield its because of love and pride not guaranteed success and glory. Today we will show the people of Sheffield what passion and commitment are all about.
Sing loud, sing proud today people not just for the players but for yourselves the people of a great town that is Chesterfield.
We are every bit their equal. ...........
