And as that money was earmarked for debt management or interest repayment has the money had to come from elsewhere?
Sort of our version of austerity measures.

Reported where? And how do you know how much was budgeted?

Anyhow, looking at the attendance, would you imagine the PATP made a profit or a loss.
And when you've answered that question what do you imagine the expectation by the board? Profit or loss?

Well given the infrastructure cost (staging, lighting, etc) would have been borne by the Tom Jones concert, what else is there to fund other than staff and the fees for the acts performing? Given the ticket sales as well as food and drink sales, I struggle to see how we made a loss (unless we paid the acts over the odds).

You state it lost a fortune, but then guess at how much it lost and how much it was forecast to bring in...

If you took each one individually, TJ made a good profit (still less than hoped for though) and the party crashed and burned.
In the end, the club made around 75-80k profit from the concerts, where they had hoped to make 3 or even 4 times that amount. The total concert thingy made money - the club did not lose money

They made 75k but were budgeted to make much much more, the loss comes out of the finances.
Chairman just said as much.
