Yes, it was league 2, it was a mid-week night match, in Flipping Hamshire !

you clot.

Are you sure!?!? You clot!! ;)

You might be mixing it up with the home leg at the wonderful Don Valley that was midweek and probably every chance only 400 Millers were there!

Reasonable away following for a bog standard L2 midweek game, but it wasn't.

The again reports suggest you couldn't sell your away allocation at Preston so hardly surprising

Jesus, is this what it's going to be like if they don't go up?

they also had to pay an extra 2.40 per ticket plus booking fee for this

£2.40 per ticket was the booking fee, with an additional £6.50 per order delivery charge (recorded delivery due to the value and timescale).

It puzzles me a bit. Rotherham were a team that couldn't beat us for 20 years until a couple of defeats there in recent years, so I always viewed them almost as whipping boys, as we were their bogey team. I'm sure many recall the 'You'll never beat the Spireites' chant. I think Radio Sheffield did their bit to stir up more rivalry when we were both in L2. Now they have a new stadium and are suddenly doing well and, coupled with Sheridan's relegation blunder, some of their fans are giving it the big 'un. Some of ours have unfortunately reacted to this, claiming the Millers are on a collision course with administration. I don't buy into that theory at the moment, but we will see. I hope they don't go up largely because it's potentially another derby game to look forward to next season.

Gok the invincible, you really crack me up.You talk about Rotherham fans being obsessed, but youre all over Rotherham threads like a rash.On another thread, you and a mate, escalated our wage bill,up to 3.2 million  .Why wouldnt we have a higher wage bill,we were playing lg1 football and get more gate income.I would be more worried about whether your chairman was going to flash the cash this time,or just moan about low attendances. If you dont like Millers on here, try and stop talking about us.
Anyway i was told by a Chesterfield fan i was talking to in a bar in Hong Kong, that you spent 14 million on oranges for half time refreshment, and 2 million on elocution lessons for Cook. What a waste of money. You couldnt make it up. :o

More non-obsession, ladies and gentlemen. Keep up the good work not being obsessed, Millers! You're doing just great :)

Its a fine line as to what is more obsessive....a town fan worrying about how many fans Rotherham will take to wembley and posting about it on here or Millers fans obviously reading another club forum on the off chance someone is talking about them!! How many times have the various Millers posting here actually been on waiting for the chance to post!

Lessons will have been learned from L1 last time round. Cook will have more money to spend but he will have much less to spend than Fatty and will have to find players at the right money as he has done so far. I expect we will be averaging around 7k next season rising to 8k+ should we have a season like you have had (that would be remarkable so it's not expected, as I'm sure you didn't expect it to happen). Btw its long overdue that you found a sponsor for your stadium (naming rights). No Millers fan seems able to answer this point.

Not really interested in this argument, but am interested in the Millers' wage bill, what makes a competitive budget for L1 and how we might compare - do you know what you've spent this year?
If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything.

They know what they have spent but they aren't quite sure what they owe.
Guess I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue!

Or they know what they owe but not entirely sure how much of that they will pay!
