To the man upstairs #GRATEFUL

If he's on the same money worth another year, he's fortunate though

Cameron is about to start his second year as a trainee, so it may refer to another player, if anything.

Perhaps he's on about the price of fags! :D

Indeed. He needs to push on this year at a rate of knots if he's going to get anywhere near a spell in the first team. Let's hope he does.

Dave Allen said on Saturday Night.

"We Will Get There" We have plans and We will Get There.

It was indicated that there would be a FULL Clear Out, I must admit I didn't believe it and even think of how FULL he meant but, there has been more movement since PC has arrived then any other time at CFC. Today is only emphasising that PC is up for the job and has an idea of what he wants and DA is supporting him all the way.

He showed a big improvement in his form last week in the reserves, giving Tendayi more time to develop worked, so hopefully same with Jacob

Pleased if we have retained him, since it shows a longer-term approach to player development. He had a productive spell at Workington not long ago, didn't he? Plenty of the right attitude and a few goals too, I hear. That may have helped make the decision easier.

It looks like Bowland, Scully, Slack, Barrington, Noel, Whittaker and Fereday haven't been offered professional contracts

That leaves about 5-6 new players needed now then.
Show class, have pride, and display character. If you do, winning takes care of itself.

Sorry, misread it. Thought it was a lot to be offering deals to, it's only normally 3.

Surprised about Whittaker because from the pre-season friendlies I thought he had a bright future, does anyone know if he just dropped off through the season ?

The only 2nd yr scholar to get a contract, already had one Jack Broadhead. That's quite interesting

Scully has said the only youngster offered a contract is Broadhead.
