First vote that shows someone not happy with the appointment.

I made the vote private so people would not feel pressured into voting any other way but how they truly felt, and I still think that was the right thing to do, but if whoever voted “not” felt comfortable expressing why they are not happy I would love to know why, but I respect, and understand, your right to not reply if that is what you choose. :)

Would be interesting to resurrect this, like Death did with the 'Rivals' one, but don't know how to do it!!
