Is it time for the FA to start paying compo for bad decisions?

Decisions like this are costing football clubs up and down the country a lot of money and in some cases, managers end up losing their jobs. With this in mind, have we got to a stage whereby the FA should compensate Clubs financially for 'wrong' decisions?
Afterall incompetent officials are bringing the game into disrepute with their poor conduct.

VIDEO TECHNOLOGY
For the sake of ten seconds to see if it really is spot kick or goal, or offside.

Do you really think Mr Richardson would have looked at the video today? Even if he did, he probably would still insist he was right!
I have to say that I don't hold out much hope for Janos's card being rescinded because of those incompetent buffoons at the FA who seem to have it in for us

Because, in an ideal world the ref from yesterday would admit he made a wrong decision bu i doubt he won't!
Yes, I agree, bad decisions cost clubs a lot, even jobs, so its time clubs got SOMETHING for these clowns who referee the games every week.

Where do you draw the line though?
A penalty?
A tight offside call?
A bad decision to give a corner that a team score from?
A bad decision to give a free kick on the half way line which brings about a goal?
A bad decision on the half way line that leads to a corner where the team score from?
A bad decision in their half where they take a free-kick play 20-30 consecutive passes and score a belter in the top corner?
Bad decision's (as much as we dislike it) are part of football, no way can teams be compensated, and as often gets said, they tend to even themselves out over the season.

Annoyed as I am about Deadman, that's the most (only?) sensible post on here so far.

In an ideal world, most Refs would take up gardening instead of refeering, and the FA would have competent people working for it, instead of the idiots running football at the moment.
