Not a good idea to test it is it!?

You might end up punching him and getting arrested, not to mention his other ref pals wanting to dish out more punishment on us!

Did anybody see Roy throw his water bottle on the pitch at the end and then get involved with the 4th official?. I wouldn't be surprised if he's up before the FA again this week.
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

well, I sit quite a distance away from the pitch but had to stop myself hurling abuse at him (I couldn't because a players children sit near me) so it would have been a bad idea lol.

He was an absolute joke!

Where also, as a young boy, I once saw a middle-aged woman stride onto the pitch and wallop the ref with her handbag. Absolutely hilarious. I don't think the lady ever had to buy herself another drink in the city! ;)

Dave,

I saw it and thought it was justified, the officials started p'ing about from the Linesman's flag incident onwards.

Well done the guy (I wont name him so he can't be brought to account by the FA) who joined the officials on the pitch at the end and followed them down the tunnel telling them exactly where they had gone wrong.

I'm normally a fairly mild mannered chap but I was fuming today and had to really restrain myself from running onto the pitch and smacking that cheating idiot. I was shaking with rage for a good half an hour after the game and the only other time I've felt like that was when Fred Graham was in charge last season. The best of it was that his decisions were so blatantly wrong and biased that he can only have been cheating and not merely just incompetent. He either took a bung from Southend or had a few quid riding on the game because there's no way that he could have been that biased just by being useless.

Will you shut the f*** up. If you really do believe that absolute b****** about the FA having it in for us and tapping up referees, firstly you're insane and secondly it's insulting. Face it, some referees are inept and always will be. It doesn't mean they're corrupt and in cahoot with the big bad FA. If you are going to make serious accusations of match fixing then you have to be able to justify it. Some people have accused Roy McFarland of match fixing on here recently and baseless accusations like that are frankly the result of some sick minds. Also, if you believe it so strongly and do have proof (I doubt it) then stop whingeing about it on here and write to the FA/the media/whoever. Just spare us.

Opinions like that don't deserve to be expressed unless they can be proved. People have been bordering on libel here in the last week or so - I'm surprised the mods let it pass.

Are you going to back up your accusations of match-fixing or not?
