Peter Leven could pass it a bit......

And Allott wasn't bad under McF - remember 'Illsboro when he was spraying 40 yarders to feet all over the park.

Randall is a one pass a game man with very little movement - he just stands and admires his pass and this is not enough because he is often so deep he is alongside our last defender.

Fenufty????????? I actually know who you mean but your spelling has plummeted a new depth here.

'Plumbed a new depth' or 'plummeted to a new depth'.
These go to eleven.

Hurray! two sentences in one post most of us can agree with. Until he can get to grips with latter he shouldn't play in the first team!

I'd argue that if you are talking about the 30 - 40 yard glory pass then Hird is better tbh

Bloomer, Arnott and Allott cou;dn't pick their noses.

If you want to mention quality then go with Fenufty, Bonnyman, Wilson, Holland, Robinson, Ebdon ... etc

Randall remains the only player that can pass a football - end of.

Cook should get in his ear re neshing the tackle.

We need to play 3-5-2 with Randall in the free role - you heard it here first.

I'll stick with my original selection thanks. At least i know they'll turn up.

Interesting you should mention those players. I saw them all apart from one, and they all had the cojones that Golden Boy hasn't, and from what i can see, is never likely to have.
The greatest miscarriage of justice since my case against the producers of the Never Ending Story

Randall is just a thin Jamie Winter!

In fact, Winter was probably a more useful player than Randall, Randall is certainly not the player we need at the moment, not unless he grows some backbone

Actually Randall DOES have a use that no-one has considered.
If he wasn't warming the bench, we'd have to name a youth player as a substitute cos of our paper thin squad, and that would make the fans angry.

Name: Mark Randall
Status: Pro-footballer
Position: Placeholder on subs bench
Notable qualities: 1 great pass per game, and skipping away with balletic ease from any challenge likely to cause a bruise.
It's not the despair. I can take the despair. It's the hope I can't stand.

If we signed on the advertising hoardings as a player then Randalls pass completion rate would be through the roof!!
