Anyone read his book? I thought it was a good read. Would love to know who it is but in a way that will probably spoil it.

Although its heavily rumoured to be dave kitson.

Will have to look out for it. By the way, i've finished your Morrissey/Marr book now - pretty good in depth stuff (though maybe too much Morrissey and not enough Marr).

I am taking advantage of my week away to read Peter Swan's autobiography. Not the best written book ever but ban interesting insight into the life fa young aspiring player in the 50s and then life as a pro. Asi came across Swan when he ran a Sunday league side, and also knew David Layne's son when they kept Castle Arms, it is even more interesting. Even if he was a fowl....

When he ran the team at Brim, despite being 40+, he still showed real class and was a good sport.

Funny as in ha ha. He suffers from Alzheimer's now but he's still at the mill in brim and I see him a couple of times a week. Very funny bloke but never talks about his "scam"

Happy to pass on the book for you to read when I have finished - he certainly doesn't see it a scam and very much a one off bet and no throwing the match.

That's why I put it in speech marks mate but it's something he won't discuss. I've read and got the book anyway mate but thanks for the offer.
