I notice you've dropped Jack from the firing line now he's proved you wrong by starting the game and having a typically great game. I'll wait for both Whits and Allott to do the obvious and prove you wrong, like you pretty much always are.

Whitaker already has done, but R2D2 is either blind or got blinkers on!

Won yesterday and as near as at York.
He still gives away possession too easily. Needs to beef up.

If he had played at York IMHO we would be 2 points better off now

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe Mark Randall has been left out of the starting eleven in both our wins this season.

So, on the basis of your assumptions and referring to these statistics what does this tell you about your favourite star?

Please explain your logic for wanting to loan out Whittaker and for keeping Randal?

Randall is a better player than Whits and at the right end of his career.

Whits is unexceptional and flawed and at the wrong end of his career.

Lets be honest, in the unlikely event that we were to get promoted to L1 this season, Whits and Allott will be on their way anyway.

Lets not have then blocking the development of the younger players - read the future of CFC.

Your first two statements just show how little you know and quite frankly make you look ridiculous.

I actually wonder if you. It on purpose because I think most of us would be embarrassed to type that.

Methinks your days on here are numbered. You don't even wind people up any more. I think most of us read your drivel just to see what tosh your touting at that time.

You should take a look at yourself chap.

I've put RPL's blinkers down to four possible things:
1. He owes Randall money and he's paying him back by writing the stuff he does on here
2. He's Randall's agent
3. He's sleeping with Randall or he wants to
4. He knows f all about football

If Randall doesn't put in a shift, he'll soon been at the bottom of the midfield pile.

Whits has been solid.
Atkinson has started well.
Allott hasn't done anything wrong, and was great again Rotherham.
Togwell is starting to show the great player he is.
Clay has done a job when he's come in, and is getting fans on his side.
Carson Out.

I agree - the balls in Randall's court.

Probably all four. But definitely 4. And 3 and 1 may be connected......

5) Randall caught Allott and Whitaker in a 3 some with his mrs and told RPL.
A new hope.

Apparently a lot of Conference teams are looking at Allott...

First sensible post you've made about Mark Randall to date.

You are spot on - the ball's firmly and squarely in Randall's court so let's hope the penny drops.

I'd love to think Randall becomes the midfielder you keep on dominating these message boards about but until he learns to dominate midfield like you do these boards then I am afraid he will continue on his downhill slope into oblivion.

As yet RPL he has not earned the adulation you continually give him. It is not Mark Allott or Danny Whitiker holding Mark Randall back - it is no other than Mark Randall himself.

Not quite true. I like Randall (tho I'd obviously keep Whitts). My closes Town watching pal thinks Randall is streets ahead of anyone else in the side in terms of creativity and he's right. I'd like to see a new manager come in , kick Randall up the kilt while telling him how great he is and build the side around him. Seeing as we almost blew it yesterday against 10, we need to create more clear cut chances and Randall is the only answer. Play 4-5-1 with Jack as dynamic sub: kidnap a rich banker and ransom a mill or two out of him (or her, I'm not fussy), and buy 2 modern wide players with some pace and have 2 of Whitts/ Togwell/Atko working hard around Randall. We ain't got speed at full back so we desperately need it further up the park. On yesterday's showing, Craigie boy can go (and so can Clay and Allott). 4-3-3 with no pace out wide is not going to put us in the top 5, for me, despite the fact that 2/3 of the side cd prob hack in L1.
