Unrelated to any other threads and just for Interest

Just a thought as I don't normally get time to read all the scorers at work but, is this a regular occurance (Not a Cue for the Moaners)that so many ex Spireites scored on one day.

K Davies
C Davies
L Clarke
Larkin (x2)
A Rooney
Campbell - Ryce

I am sure I've missed someone but I wonder what's the most ex spireites t oscore on one weekend

I see that Leon Clarke has scored twice in 2 games yet many on here wouldn't have him back here! Crazy!

Some of our supporters are more bothered about the next nine games that he won't score in apparently.

Funny you mention that because the scunny mates I know are saying he has done sod all else apart from score 2 point blank goals, as someone said lets see what the next 9 games bring, il have you a bet that Richards has more goals and assists than what Clarke does.

Very true. Richards had a great game at the weekend. A certain someone called Torres went 1000 minutes without scoring for Chelsea. Do you think our fans would moan if he joined us on loan!!

If he didn't score within his first 5 games he would get slated lol
How long did it take RVP or Henry I'm sure they went a few hours game time to.

I think over the course of the season Richards will be a better signing than Clarke who is good for a months loan then he gets too lazy.

I've not managed as many games as id like to have and haven't been impressed with Richards, however, slowly but surely he appears to have been getting into games a bit more (from what mates say, read on here, green un and highlights/radio) but from what I saw of Saturdays game he appears to look livelier and carry more threat.

I've also said he needs someone capable of intelligent play (Jack) alongside him, start together Saturday and win 3-1! Same tomorrow I'm hoping...

Wonder if Bowery will ever make the list.

Personally I can only see it happening when they move him on but it'd be good to be proved wrong.

Clarke's goal last weekend showed his excellent technique. Textbook-wise, he's a very good player and a top poacher. However, there's obviously summat up with him or he wouldn't be a nomad.

He made the bench again which must be very encouraging for him. If he gets a chance to play I am sure he will do OK. Villa must think he is good enough if they put him on the bench.
