After the season finishes I would not let him take any holiday until all player recruitment has been signed & sealed.
This was a mistake he made last year. Will we learn from it probably not.
Then again we could always pay him off and send on one big holiday.

I think DA pretty much confirmed that at the AGM did he not?

I wasn't privy to the info at the AGM - but I hope there is a change in the professionalism and work ethic in pre-season in terms of player recruitment.

DA acknowledged the balls up made last pre-season and vowed not to allow the same mistakes to be repeated.

presumably once he's made his list out then its over to turner, this is his big area isn't it?

i stopped trying to second guess sheridan months ago, maybe they should keep him around during recruitment to conduct hearing tests... so sheridan can be totally sure that the players will listen to him
