I got as far as Leicester before the dreaded call to turn back came. How did the rest of you do?

Stopped in bed! There was still time to get up from London, but I wasn't expecting it to be on. Hope the replay is slotted in to a time that doesn't hinder us (like 2 days after Wembley).

Similarly in bed in London when I saw the expected postponement.

Saw it was -8 last night and gave up hope so didn't bother getting up!

Having worked in Brader for 10 years I have a rough idea

Using historical knowledge of your posts I naturally jumped to the conclusion (notice how I avoided the word assumed) that you were being derogatory, again, in this case towards your alternative entertainment for the day

Worthwhile praise indeed and from such a reknowned critic probably worth an AA rosette

Is a pushchair feasible? Just thinking of things to do over half-term. I've got the week off but the little lad (2 the week after next) isn't a fan of walking more than fifty yards at a time!
