Some legitimate grumbles and some taking the opportunity to have pot shots at the club.

If, and only if, we were limited to the 20k would I have any issue with the way it's been done. Everyone who wants to go will be able to. Not everyone will get their first choice of price but that's it.

But season ticket holders then loyalty card holders should be the ones getting the seat of cost choice, not everyone on a beano

Swindon will have a lot more 26 quid seats than us I presume. They've been smarter than us. If we have restricted ourselves to a more expensive lower tier when we could have had a lot more cheaper seats made available then that's stupidity yet again from town.

It would be interesting to know if clubs are liable for tickets they request and dont sell? If thats the case and we asked for the same 31,000/36,000 that Swindon have so we had more £26 tickets and then loads bought those in the top tier and left massive gaps in the more expensive seats it would possibly have a major effect on the money we make for the day as well as looking rather stupid cos you cant see any town fans as they are all in the top tier!!

Very much inclined to agree Mr M, as a East Stand ST Holder, Im left wondering why we are third in a queue of four.

i'm in west stand but my mate is a founder member and will get mine so that we all sit together as per usual. What was wrong in setting up temp.ticket accomodation in each of the 3 stands on the same day.Don't we have a super duper IT system now?We did it at Saltergate without a IT system. Its great that the people of Chesterfield get the chance of a great family day out,but I get slightly peed off when folks assk me to get them tickets when I've been trying ro get them to come down to the B2net on the odd occasion just to be laughed at. The regular 6000 should get first whack.

As others have mentioned i dont think the different days for different stands is as much of a problem as the fact people can buy as many as they want. If there had been a limit of say 4 or 5 per person then it wouldnt be half as bad. Talk of folks going down to buy 30/40/50 isnt helping either.

If couldn't get the number I need to ensure I'm sat with who I want then I'd not bother until general sale.

I love how all the people moaning about not being able to get the 'cheap tickets' are the ones that'll probably moan about the view/noise/colour of the seats there anyway

Even if I was an East stand ST ticket holder or Non-LC or ST holder, I wouldn't be stressing over an extra £10 or £20 for a seat at Wembley :D There are going to be plenty of seats to go around! No matter what ticket system the club chose to go for, there were always going to be people not happy with it, some people are acting like it's the end of the world because they might have to pay £10 more for a ticket, or sit somewhere slightly different to where they'd like to.

Why don't you cancel your SKY subscription for a couple of months which should cover the cost of you buying the more expensive tickets(which i don't think you will have to anyway)......Don't panic Mr Mannering!!

At the end of the day it's never gonna be perfect, there will be faults in every plan and there will be fans left unhappy, that's how it is. Personally I'd spend more time trying to do something productive about getting my ticket such as asking a friend who is a Kop ST holder to get me a ticket or something (or asking members on here) instead of whinging on this forum like it's gonna do anything.

tried both of them things and had no joy. Unfortunately I dont live in Chesterfield so a bit limited with knowing people on the kop, and asked on here and got no offers :-(

And Kopgirl.....its not to do with cost - I actually want the most expensive tickets but dont want to pay nearly £175 and end up stuck in the corners - does that make me a strange person???

And I'm sorry haslandboi - but I dont see any fans could be unhappy if they went on sale to all ST holders at the same time.
