Agreed. It is actually pathetic that he has such a hatred for Allott. I actually went RPL and I can tell you he played very well; him, Davis, Trotman and Thompson were all candidates for MOTM in my opinion. But don't let that stop you posting your horrendously bad posts you cretin.

i dont think anybody is a bigger critic of allott than me,but i would like to think im not offensive in my comments for me the oldham game showed allott up badly,he plays relatively deep, never gets forward cannot travel with the ball and has not got any pace whatsoever,we lose a massive offensive threat by playing him and almost invite pressure, for me his role is as a ship steadier coming on to sew up games, its all well and good him making great last ditch tackles but if we pressured teams higher up the field we wouldnt need to make them.Lets face it we are bottom of the league and are playing a 35 year old in what is the key position in any team, for me its time for change we need young blood who are athletic enough to press high up the field, only then will the amount of set pieces and corners conceded be reduced.
ITS NOT THE WINNING,ITS THE TAKING APART

For what it's worth I would play Juan with Davis with Lowry somewhere in the midfield so yeah, I'd drop Allott as well. I just don't get the constant obsessive slewing of him when he actually played well yesterday.

Here's my mindset - if I don't go to the game then I can't really judge how a player has done.

I'm a big Allott fan and I agree with you Bonny!
Allott for me should be playing as a sole holding midfielder in a 4-1-3-1-1 (basically a 4-4-2 with a holding midfielder, an creative midfielder and two pacy wide men and a centre midfielder that gets up and down) or as a 4-2-3-1 (two holding midfield's, with Davis being his partner and a more adventurous central midfielder that helps the loan striker out as well as offering himself for the ball from the two holding midfielders and pulls the strings. We haven't got anyone in midfield to pull any strings and our midfielders just get sucked in deep as we have poor outlets.
Failing that I wouldn't start Allott (and like I say I'm a fan at that!)

What a full weight bell end you are!! We lost because of a defensive sloppy mistake, not because of tactics

.... there's a long way to go but there are now grounds for some measured optimism!

Hurst, Davis, Thompson, Ridehalgh, and Ajose are all good signings.

Confidence is on the up. A cup final in view.

Now we deserve the luck that we will need, in view of our tough fixture list, to stay up. But the club now deerves a bit of lady luck (Lee and other key players to stay fit) given the finance that has now been used to strengthen the squad.

Good luck and fingers crossed.

It sounds that way (I don't know about you but I didn't go, so its hard for me to say one way or the other); but over the course of the season it is a combination of both - plenty of individual (and combined) defencive mistakes as well as plenty of tactical mistakes from the manager. Not knowing your best team at this stage of the season is unforgivable and I wish he wouldn't keep spouting it out! I feel embarressed for him and I'm not even a fan of his one bit!

No one comments on their goalies mistake but in our case it is some how different - the pitch was a pudding and mistakes were likely,
God I hate this league.

At least you are saving yourself £56 Rob as you wont be needing your wembley tckt and let somebody who really wants its and is prepared to support the blues and if we signed Messi and Ferdinand you would still not be happy and it must be a laugh a minute in your household and god help your missus if she makes the wrong decsion.????

BRF - I, like other Spireites, have already got a great day sorted out thanks. I'm afraid I don't subscribe to "one swallow making a spring". Prior to Sat I was getting quite optimistic but there's no legislating for JS's stubborn streak which results in us not starting with our best team. Boden and Allotts presence typifying the point on Sat.
