Respect is a two way thing. The only things the fans ask the referee for is to ref competantly and without bias, unfortunately a lot of them are incapable even of that. How are we as fans expected to respect someone who cannot perform their job correctly. This goes for linesman as well, the standard of them this year has been nothing short of shocking. That Sian Massey could put them all to shame she was really good.

The penalty decision Sunday QPR V Aston Vanilla was among the worst I have ever seen and Warnock shown respect bet he wanted to rip his head off really

The respect lark when the teams reckon to shake hands before and after the game is a load of crap and gets on my nerves.
