He will not go there he's openly stated he wants to play higher than league 2. That's why he's not signing with Rotherham.

but If he can't agree terms there would be no deal.

As he's out of contract the fee another club would pay would be decided at tribunal

Before this news I'd heard Scunthorpe was his likely destination
