Lets hope thats not far from the mark. I'm always a little suspicious as they do have a lot of time to fill on that chanel and they will report any old bunk. It took them until Sunday to anounce Alex B signing his new contract too. I'd guess thats the club with their usual lightning fast press relations though.

Fingers crossed anyway. If this comes off we may have a few days on here without being told that world is coming to an end because theres ONLY 2 months until the season starts and we STILL haven't signed anyone. :blink:

It is old news...it's only confirming what Roy said to The Derbyshire Times last week.

Bristol City and Walsall are also interested aren't they? I am refusing to be optimistic on signings at the moment, so I'll be pleasantly suprised!

He was something to do with youth development at Mansfield. It was mentioned on here somewhere.
