We lost. It happens. Ok, we've so we lost two on the trot at the B2Net, but after some excellent displays and results so far at home, have we have suddenly gone from Champions elect, to relegation fodder? I don't think so.

Round 3, here we come.

Then we can look forward to kicking Bury's a**e ! :o

Agree. Lost 3 games in total.... Were still 2nd by 1 point!

Cant win every game! As nice as it would be to take 3 points from every game, it wont ever happen. While were at top end of the table were prime targets for lower clubs, hell we've been there ourselves enough its about time people realised were not just gonna walk it to the top and stay there!

the problem is that the B2net has lost it's fortress title to one team that prior to our game hadn't won one away game all season, and have lost two home games since they beat us. And last night we played a team that had won one away game all season and had lost their last 4 away games making them the lowest ranked away side on current form. If we'd have lost to sides in the play off zone then fair enough but we've just fell off the top of the table to two of the poorest sides in the division.

Shows that although we have had some very good results so far, and scored many many goals there's still plenty of work to be done. Only Stockport have conceded more goals at home than us. In fact Port Vale have conceded 9 goals home and away, whereas we've conceded 17 goals just at home!!

The first 30 mins of last nights game was the type of football we have all come to expect. Sadly, in the real world we won't win every game. I tip my hat to Oxford, I thought they came here and did a professional job.

I still say we are set for promotion out of this league and although there were a couple of poor performances, last nights result isn't a show stopper.

We'll be alrate, don't panic.

That's football! If it was totally predictable it would be totally boring. BTW didn't Bury lose 2 on the bounce also? Port Vale went a good number of games without even scoring a goal. Ok, PV have conceeded 9 goals, we've scored 29 at home! Now whose type of football is the most entertaining? Lies, damned lies and statistics.

Just on the 29 goals, BTW. If you were the manager of the away team and you saw a stat like that, what would your tactics be? Put men behind the ball and play bullying tactics? Just like Burton and Oxford?

Precisely, wasn't it Bury that lost at HOME to Stockport 2 weeks ago.
God I hate this league.

It just goes to show that your not taking our missing players into the equation. Niven has become our most influencial player other than Tommy Lee in securing the early results.
God I hate this league.

Yeah come on people, cheer up everybody, 2 poor home results, on another day we could have scraped 2 draws, its not the end of the world, I said in September when we were flying we`d have a blip sooner or later, we`re not gonna throw it away this time, JS will have funds available to bring in some loan signings to tide us over till May and his previous transfer dealings prove we have nothing to panic about. Mr Allens giving Shez the green light to bring in 4 players.

Great news if true.
