Its a mile and a bit down the road from town where there are loads of bank branches, there is a greggs inside Tesco already so they arent going to open another as well as a cafe, kfc and numerous other similar places on Whitt Moor so i cant see any real chance for something like that to work. Also its hidden round the back of the stand and will get no passing trade as such. I also suspect its not the "community" use that CFSS have in mind.
