Picked a couple up about 11.00. About twenty folks patiently waiting outside main office.
Thought I was probably going to be waiting about half an hour when I saw the notice "Kop and Cross Street tickets on sale in club shop".Straight over I went and absolutely no-one waiting for them at all. In and out in about two minutes!

I don't understand this, not looked into it. If you've bought a season ticket you're garanteed a ticket, right? Then you can buy one extra?
