I think this is an exciting signing. Les must have seen something in him over and above the lads that are regularly being cast aside by premiership academies. It's possibly the fact that he has proved he can score goals in mens' football. I hope his determination gets him into the thick of it where it hurts, something that Adam Smith could never muster, and he gets an early goal to set him off.

I hope the lad takes his chance and does well, just like i hope any other player in a CFC shirt does. I can't imagine the fans will be expecting wonders from him, because of his background. Good - the less pressure on him the better.
Best of luck Terrell, here's to a successful career with the Spireites.

Although, he'd probably been better off not witnessing saturdays match anyway!

Certainly he'll be available for selection at least.
Whether JS gives him time to adjust to pro football or thinks he's ready for the squad now is another matter though,
if he's as quick as we've heard, he'd be a great sub to chuck on for the last 15 minutes or so - we're not short of pace anyway but when a team has had to keep up with the likes of Drew and Wade and then Terrell comes on...

I'd be very very surprised if Terrell is being considered for the first team bench so soon, don't forget lads where he's been playing upto now. A bit too much hype me thinks at this stage.

But there will be a gaping hole come early November to be filled looking at our bench on saturday, can't see an obvious replacement.
Although, saying the you'd expect Talbot to drop out wide once Small is back fit.
It might take him a while to adjust to pro football life but i'm sure living in Brim will help keep his feet on the ground!!

Pre season he didn't look as quick as Wade

Difficult to compare when they're not on the pitch together.
He is a little more 'slight of build' than wade, but thats to say he's a Danny Williams though.
Daily training, weights and a monitored diet plan will help him "beef up" though.
We have a very good prospect on our hands.

JS said after we signed him that he isn't ready for first team action, with us, yet. I expect him to knuckle down with the lads in training and then in a few weeks when the creases have been ironed out he'll get some substitute appearances. For the next couple of weeks while we have donal i don't expect him to figure anyway.
