Well, its the first of July, and the foundations are about a week away.................

Really, took the dog a long walk out there this morning and .... .......nothing..........
The club should be in a position to say what the hold up is. I really have concerns, and hope i'm proved wrong

Had a mate ring me today who has been told by what he calls a reliable source that we have still got a funding shortage and the build will not now start until January next year.
I can neither confirm or deny the validity of this info but thought I'd post it anyway to invite comments.
Over to you!

don't upset beelzebub by daring to question anything regarding the ground ..just keep waiting till mid November when the next announcement comes along saying work to start in the next few weeks

Why should there be a shortage?

If I may, I'll put this back in your court:-

Why the delay in making his involvement in CFC 2001 Ltd official?

FACT: On the day of the press conference announcing that Dave Allen was the new investor he handed over a cheque for £6 million.

That was told to me the day after by one of the other board members and before anybody asks I will not name him!
FACT: The money is in the bank.So who cares that nothing's showing at company house.

I repeat for those of you unable to grasp my earlier comments: These are comments passed on to me by a mate. I CANNOT SAY WHETHER THEY ARE FACT OR FICTION!
They have been placed on here to generate healthy debate not as a statement made by myself. They come with no Guarantees!

No need to repeat. So based on what A BOARD MEMBER told YOU, why didn't you dismiss what your mate had told you, why post it on here?

But YOU claimed a DIRECTOR HAD TOLD YOU that DA had handed over a cheque for £6M on the day of the press release, why therefore would you want to promote healthy debate on here with something that a pal of yours had told you which goes against the former?

Lets believe you had the conversation with the Director, lets believe DA did hand over the £6M on the day of the press release, where's the shortfall?

A mate told me today that the world is flat, he said he was told by what he calls a reliable source.

I can neither confirm or deny the validity of this info but thought I'd post it anyway to invite comments.

Must apologise. I didn't realise everything had to be run by you to see if it suits before it is posted on here.

Don't turn this on me. You were quick to come off your blocks last week supposedly posting facts, yet now you're posting info that goes totally against your original post!

If you're going to claim to be in the know, at least be consistent with what you post.

BTW, no activity at Companies House and no activity at Dema.

why would anyone lie? people do though. At least half the posts on here are factuallu challenged. If you believed everything posted you would create a record in the schizophrenics stakes. A good rule of thumb is disbelieve anything heard from a mate of a mate. The odd bit of correct info that appears on this site is very much the exception that proves the rule. People have too much time on their hands and want instant gratification. In the real world large capital projects are extremely complicated and take time to come to fruition. Twenty years ago this was understood, then we had the DT once a week and that was it. Now, this messageboard wants new news 24/7, and if there is nothing new to report, somebody will make something up!

Idle hands and all that but theres never smoke without fire. All us fans have to go on is visual source's ie the Dema, and updates from the big man. We have had none. Besides, with a 52 week build time, they best get there arses in gear.

He may not be but what about the person that told the person that told the person and there is nothing to say the story hasnt changed along the way. Do you not remember the whole saga that led to Jack Lester having to come out and say he wasnt leaving!?!!? Half the stories on here are complete balls!!
