I'm not a massive Gregor fan nor am I a hater I think he is steady and will definitely do a job for us, possibly a better wing back than full back imho. The best way of summing up the left back position is by saying that we have more pressing concerns position wise certainly with Goodall and even Picken in the squad.
No more news on paul edwards?

Gregor developed into a truly EXCELLENT player at L2 level in the latter part of last season; he displayed superb fitness levels, making strong runs from deep and passing well, and was a MOM candidate on many occasions.
Just in case you aren't aware of it, the individual you are addressing is one of our resident posters who form an instant judgement, then refuse to acknowledge the factual evidence because it proves their initial judgement was faulty; it's called BIGOTRY.

I'm afraid you've written so many waffling, ultra-supportive, non-critical school reports over the years that you're now incapable of making a balanced judgement. In fact so much so, you fail to point out that Gregor has generally flattered to deceive for the majority of his time here. Hopefully, with a better manager at the helm, he'll perform consistently to the required standard over the coming months.
I'd like to pick up on your topic of people making 'instant judgements,' and seem to recall your assertion after 5 minutes of some obscure pre-season friendly that Jamie Jackson would go on to 'terrorise' league 1 defences. Maybe you'd like to take this opportunity to acknowledge a bit of subsequent factual evidence and update your (faulty) initial judgement?
It would certainly make a change to your venting your negative outpourings at those, unlike yourself, uncomfortable in wearing rose-tinted glasses..
"and a pair of those Geoff Mitchell glasses, please."
