Help please. Highlighting posts

Just a bit of advise please. When replying to a post how do you highlight (usually in red) a certian part of that post or only show certain quotes from it?
I`m sure it has something to do with edit, quote buttons, apart from that I`m cluelss with it.

block it, then choose font or colour from above..

I think you click on what you want to highlight, then go to the boxes above and choose the option. I tend to send myself a PM to try it out rather than make a mess of it on the board! Or practice on here, then preview your post. Good luck anyway Freddie.
