Aaron Downes has agreed to sign a new 2 year deal with us that was offered to him prior to his injury, which the club moved quickly to assure him was still on offer after his diagnosis.
Excellent news and a big thumbs up to the club on this one.
Also, Danny Hall has no damage to his Tibia, just bruising which may keep him out of the Accrington game but thats all.

Say what you want about Rico and Mr Hubbard but they`ll be preventing our best players escaping into the clutches of other clubs, Downses new deal signals the clubs future intentions, many thanks uncle Barrie.

Great news about Aaron. He's been one of the few positives to take out of this season.
