Someone at work must have heard the rumour that we may be having a new ground  and he asked me if it was having underground heating. I replied by the time it gets built we won't need it as global warming will be rampant and we will have palm trees growing around it. Underground heating? He does live in mansfailed though must be genetic

Hilarious!!!
Well when we do have a new ground and season tickets go on sale, i hope you`ll be at the back of the queue, you`ll still find something to moan about when we have the new ground.

When the ground is built ST will be a thing of the past just an iris scan and thumb print will do

Well I've bought the last 2 years season ticket with the promise (broken again) made by the fat controller that I and other could pick our seats in the new ground  Oh and the price was going to remain the same, went up last season theres a suprise another broken promise. What is the grim reaper going to promise us this coming season? Thats if anyone actually buys any

The £10k groundstaff/fans spent on frost covers must have paid for itself already (albeit the club reaps the rewards) by virtue of no match being called off for frozen pitch since we got them.

Undersoil heating would seem a bit of waste of £££s to me
flat-pack my ar se

I seriously doubt it. On the radio earlier 2day an expert said a basic undersoil heating system costs between 180k - 225k with the running costs starting at £3000 a day to run. And in weather like we're having
now it would need to be ran 24/7 till the weather picked up!

Now can you really see Hubbard put his hand in his pocket for that??
STAY CLASSY CHESTERFIELD!

Birmingham are going to spend £300000 on installing under soil heating.
That's what we could use our transfer kitty on!!

let's just hope the seats are amply proportioned as knowing some on here we could feel a bit cosy otherwise, unless we operate on a sit in on eleave one free basis as we will have the space to do it

I needed 2 and a half at Ipswich. One in front for me legs and a half for the bigger coat and the bloke next to me wasn't small either. Luton is impossible. I think someone assured me a while ago that they would be decent spaces but then again we had the 'fat people in the family stand' from a current director a few years ago if you remember.
