Like my grandad said on air, this station runs the "Save Lee Richardson" campaign. Where were RS when Donny were in the conference? Not at b100dy Belle Vue/Keepmoat, thats for sure.

It's not. The presenter is just there to give a different point of view to the fans to make good radio. I think Andy Giddings actually agrees that Rico must go, but his job is to make entertaining debate on air.

i see your point but what would the point of listening be if he agreed with everything thats said. its his job to criticise i suppose, and besides he dosnt kno what its like to ur b*lls of in the kop and chanting ''rico out!'' at every opportunity because you know its better that waching him running our club into the ground

IT's always been the same...they basically consider us fortunate to even have a football team. Any sort of success should be considered an utter dream for the likes of us...funny how they reacted when we beat Sheff Wednesday though.

Yes I do. Here they are inviting CFC fans onto the program to express their concerns. This guy makes some excellent points, but also says he won't be going anymore. After the phone call Giddings says he has had CFC fans like this guy on before saying they wouldn't go again even if Ricco's team won the next 10 games???? Does anybody remember anybody saying that - I think that was a very poor attempt again to criticise our fans. He finished off by saying that certain fans had always had a 'blind spot' regarding Ricco's appointment. Does he not realise the reason why? .... because many, many fans knew it his time in charge would end in disaster. 1000+ lost off the gate x c£15 each = £15000 lost per home game. How much would it cost to pay him up?

If RS want CFC fans to ring up and put their points across to have a reasonable debate then that's fine. If its their intent to belittle people's genuine concerns (especially after the call has ended), well that is really sad in my opinion.

Why do they say these things then don't play them? instead,opting to waste 10minutes asking a women what she thinks the local teams will do this weekend!

Totally agree, hopefully he's already gone. No matter what the great Radio Sheffield presenters say he will never get the money he's lost the club in lost attendances back whether he wins another 10 or 20 matches, he was always a non starter as far as taking the club forward and should take a look in the mirror.
