I've noticed Lee Richardson has his degree IN FULL after his name. Now he may not have anything to do with this at all - but putting his degree in full (not just BSc) after his name.....is this being a little OTT? Why would this add anything to his credentials? Why put it there at all?

I have a degree too (and a post grad) but I don't add my degree title to any official or formal documentation, nor does anyone else I know who has a degree (apart from Dr's and Lawyers, and the odd accountant but this is convention for these professions), so why for a football manager? This is just a personal opinion...........

Also, I observe Kevin Gray is still there as a Player/Reserve Team Manager.........will we have a new "Reserve Team" Manager this season?

I also think that there is something else trying to be implied here - that Rico is somehow a 'psychologist' as he has a psychology degree. Well I am afraid to say that the minimum qualification for this is a PhD, DClin, EdPscyh or an MD. Maybe he feels threatened by the clubs consultant psychologist (no qualifications listed!).

Father Ted BSc, PhD, FRSA
The money was just 'resting' in my acount.

Is doing it or commenting on it the sadder??? Mind you, he's been criticised for everything else before a ball has been kicked so why not how his name is listed!

I expect Bolsover's answer to Victor Meldrew to have a comment on the matter.

On a point of etiquette, it is perfectly acceptable to list honours after your name - if you are a member of the lower or middle classes. Those of us privilaged by birth or recognition by her Majesty (God bless you Ma'am) to qualify our position in society by titles before our name consider the practice rather ... well common!

Faithfully yours,

Lord Webby of Styvechale

Rico's obviously requested it be included, probably says more about his character and how he wants to be portrayed than anything else.
